How do I order clips online?
Just click on the BUY button on each clip you wish to order. The clips will be added to your order. When your ready to proceed and pay for your order simply click the VIEW BASKET button. Make sure you are happy with your selection then click on CHECKOUT. Confirm your order by clicking on the SUBMIT ORDER button. This will take you to a secure ordering page. Enter your billing info and submit your order. After you submit your info you will be taken to a page with a link to your download area. (PRINT THIS PAGE OUT) Once you are in the download area click the Activate button to activate the link and then you can Right Click on your clip link and select Save Target As and save them to your hard drive. You will also receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with your order notification.
How long does it take to download the clips?
This answer varies depending on what speed your modem is. Most of the clips are around 70MB. You can see the size of the clip you have selected under the buy button. If you use a cable modem the clip should take approximately 10 - 20 minutes. You can figure your time based on the cable modem time. Again I can't guarantee a certain speed for everyone. All clips are downloaded from a high speed OC-12 line.
I never received an email with my clip order..why?
It is possible that you entered your email address wrong. Please double check when you enter your email address. If you feel you entered your email correctly and you don't receive your email within 10 minutes please email us at admin@londondominatrix.net to make me aware of the problem. Please give the email a chance to get to you before you start emailing me. Sometimes AOL and Hotmail users won't get emails. You don't actually need the email at all because you are already provided with the link to the download area after your order is approved. It is very straight forward.
My clip order was not accepted..why?
The only reasons your clip order will not be accepted is if your credit card company declines you or perhaps you entered your credit card information incorrectly.
Can I buy clips and have them burned on a CD and sent to me?
No.
Corrupt or Invalid file message
First make sure that you have downloaded the entire file.
If your ISP (Internet Service Provider) disconnects you during the download you would need to download it again. A good way to make sure you have the entire file is to check to see how many MB you are receiving from the download and then compare it with the file on your computer after it's downloaded. If the size is not the same then you didn't receive the entire file....go back and re-download the clip.
If this still doesn't work then check and make sure you do not have NORTON Anti-Virus running during the download. This should solve the problem.
WMV Files
.WMV files (Windows Media Video) are video or audio files compressed with the Windows Media codec.

Order Declined
The only reasons your clip order will not be accepted is if your credit card company declines you or perhaps you entered your credit card information incorrectly.
Declined but billed
When your credit card company or bank declines you for any reason, they often put a temporary hold on the funds to cover the order. Your credit card company or bank will return these funds to your account, usually within 3-5 banking days.
NOTE: You will not be billed when this happens but you might see a Pending or Temporary charge.
Also, bear in mind that your credit card company or bank is the one who either accepts or declines any transactions, not Mistress Alexandra.
AOV Error
AOV message means... ADDRESS VERIFICATION failed
The address you are entering is not matching the address the bank has on file.
NOTE: You will not be billed when this happens but you might see a Pending or Temporary transaction.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of downloads no refunds will be given, nor can clips be swapped or traded. You are responsible for making sure your order is correct before you submit it to be processed and that you do not order the same clips twice. Any billing errors on my end will be taken care of as soon as possible.
If I receive a chargeback then you will be banned from ordering from my site!
If you're using a dial up connection and your ISP is not allowing a fast connection then this would be a matter you should take up with your ISP not me. All my downloads are on a high speed OC-12! All clips show you how large the file is in MB before you purchase the clip.
You are responsible for checking this and making sure you don't have any problems downloading large files with your ISP.
Browsers
Internet Explorer or Fire Fox are recommend browsers for downloading clip files.
We find Internet Explorer to work the best. Other browsers such as Fire Fox, Opera, etc...often cause an interrupted download which results in a pl.dm or html file to be downloaded instead of your clip file. This does not happen when using Internet Explorer.
